Modifying a vehicles engine output will increase wear and reduce its reliability.

DC Automotive and Tuning Ltd accept no liability or responsibility for component/engine failure after performance parts and been installed or software flashed.

The installation of many performance parts will void insurance if the insurer is not informed. It is the customers sole responsibility to inform there insurance of any upgraded parts fitted and of any increase in engine bhp/torque output.

Before your vehicle enters the dyno cell you will be required to read and sign a dyno disclaimer.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure their vehicle is a fit state for dyno testing/tuning.

All fluid levels and tyre pressures must be checked by the customer prior to entering the dyno cell. The vehicles cooling system/engine fan must be functioning correctly.

The customer must ensure the exhaust system is in good condition and have a gas tight seal throughout as readings may be taken at the tail pipe and any leak would lead to false readings.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is enough fuel to carry out the required dyno session. Minimum of 1/4 of a tank for 3 power runs and as close to a full tank as possible for tuning sessions.

DC Automotive and Tuning Ltd reserve the right to refuse to dyno any vehicle that fails to meet these requirements  and/or shows any signs of malfunction or mechanical issue.

Powers runs consist of a full throttle run up to redline to determine an engines power and torque at the wheels along with calculated flywheel bhp and torque. We can also log knock, AFR'S and boost at the same time although this would incur extra cost.

We can also carry out dyno diagnostics to trace vehicle faults along with logging.

Sometimes a power run session can turn into the need for dyno diagnostics. In this instance the session would then be charged at the current dyno diagnostics rate.

Modifying a vehicles engine output will increase wear and reduce its reliability.

DC Automotive and Tuning Ltd accept no liability or responsibility for component/engine failure
